Silence & Noise is a multi-dimensional space for modern mystics and curious souls. I write about what inspires me, what I love, and what shows up on my own meandering odyssey from fashion producer to sound healer.
My manifesting generator type (not checked out your Human Design yet? - do it!) means that I need a vast range of tools and inspirations to stay interested, and so you’ll find me musing across a range of esoteric arts and sciences from intuitive tarot and divination to crystal healing, all the shades of astrology, breathwork, energetics, Vedic practice, yoga, and of course my main jam - sound healing.
I’m fascinated by the potential of natural healing and especially vibrational medicine, so you’ll find plenty of writing on neuroscience and expansive thinking on the potential of sound on our physical health.
And finally - I write how I teach, from my lived experience and my soul. So you’ll find plenty of words here on my own holistic and space-age journey, what’s landing and how. I hope these truths offer resonance and reassurance, and an alternative view from the practitioner perspective. There’s no spiritual bypassing here, baby!
